All authors those who have accepted abstracts and regular registration, get chance to submit their papers to journals. As number of papers published is limited in each journal, all papers will be reviewed by IUMRS-ICEM 2018 Technical Program Committee.

1. Thin Solid Film Special Issue (SCI)

The focus should be on the materials chemistry, physical properties, microstructure, defect structure, etc., and, in the case of devices, how these factors influence device performance. We expect the films to be well characterized structurally and as a function of physical properties.

2. Progress in Natural Science: Materials International (SCIE) by CMRS and IUMRS

The papers will be peer-reviewed by the journal editors.
